Gray Wolf offers a variety of education services. We offer seminars open to all insurance people, closed seminars given in-house and seminars off-site, open or closed. We have written classes for underwriters, marketing people and claims adjusters. We have produced courses for specific training needs such as underwriting that were not filed for continuing education. Let us know what you need. Chances are, we've done something similar. Some seminar options are outlined below. OPTION A: IN-HOUSE SEMINARS These seminars are presented at your office or location and arranged by your marketing or admin people. Attendance is exclusive to your staff and invitees. Any Gray Wolf course is available for presentation. Economies of size begin to work at about 15 students. OPTION B: OFF-SITE SEMINARS In this model, Gray Wolf does all the leg work, making all the arrangements at a location of your choice. The seminar is open to your staff and invitees only. This is an attractive option when a company, agency, cluster or a user's group does not have the on-site space for the number of people attending. Depending on the expense of the meeting facility, economies begin to work at 20 to 25 attendees. Again, any Gray Wolf course is available for these seminars. OPTION C: CUSTOM COURSE DEVELOPMENT Gray Wolf can write any courses you want with the only limitation on CE courses being that the content must meet the specific state's CE guidelines. Generally, any P&C policy sold in the state is fair game for CE development. Many states do not approve sales, marketing, motivation or administrative procedures as CE courses, however. Our people can advise you on such requirements to help you make your decisions. OPTION D: DEVELOPMENT/DELIVERY PARTNERSHIPS Working together, Gray Wolf developers can enhance and supplement your training staff's efforts to meet time lines and budgets. For Insurance Companies Our week-long schools can be designed around training and marketing goals for employees or for agents. In the product curriculum, company specific forms and underwriting appetites are featured.
